HON'BLE Ms.JUSTlCE BELA M.TRlVEDl   Ms. Bela M. Trivedi born on 10.6.1960 at Patan, North Gujarat, did her B. Com. LL.B. from the M.S. University, Vadodara. After having practiced in the High Court of Gujarat on Civil and Constitutional side for about ten years, she was appointed directly from the Bar, as the Judge, City Civil and Sessions Court , Ahmedabad in July, 1995. She conducted and decided many sensational and contested Civil and Criminal Cases, while working on the said post.   She was appointed as the Vigilance Officer, High Court of Gujarat, in May, 2002.   She was appointed on deputation as the Secretary and RLA, Legal Department, Government of Gujarat, in February, 2003, and worked as such, till November, 2006.   On repatriation, she was appointed as the Special Judge, C.B.I. Court and also as the Special Judge, Serial Bomb Blast Cases, Ahmedabad.   Before elevation, she was working as the Additional Principal Judge, City Civil and Sessions Court, Ahmedabad. She has attended and participated in many workshops, seminars and conferences held on various subjects, like Arbitration and conciliation, Gender and law, Human Rights Law, Intellectual Property Rights and Cyber Laws, Criminal Justice System, at the State, National and International levels, including the “Regional Judicial Symposium”, conducted by the Subordinate Courts, under the auspices of Singapore Co-operation Programme, Singapore.   She was elevated as Additipnal Judge, High Court of Gujarat, Ahmedabad on 17.2.2011.   *****
